![]() ![]() I specifically didn't include builds that I think are too conditional. If you spot a mistake, have a suggestion, or have a better idea of what a certain build template should look like, shoot me a message. I'm not claiming that any of these builds are original or unique, they are simply cookie cutter templates I use as a reference. As for weapons and armor, all weapon and armor stats reported are those of fully upgraded weapons / armor. Rather, it is the damage value that the mod would have if equipped by a naked person with no traits. For example, if I say that a weapon mod does 150 damage, that value is not reflective of the final damage it will do with the rest of the build equipped. For clarity's sake, the weapon mod values shown are base values without any augments from gear or traits. In this guide, I include the stats of relevant weapon mods and also show my Advanced Stats screen in screenshots.Plus, traits like Triage (healing effectiveness) and Glutton (consumable speed) make Dragon Hearts extremely powerful. Healing mod is okay but I think it's largely outclassed once you get the hang of the combat. It provides a competitive damage bonus (+25% to all types) while being one of the most effective sets for sustained tanking. If you want a tankier armor set, the Void set can be obtained on the second world with ease. You can try the Crossbow instead of the Sniper if you want to use the stealth approach - it can be obtained at the same time as the Slayer set. The +20% crit damage from it is universal, but beaten by most other damage rings. Heartseeker is definitely a bit lacking, especially since the Sniper is loud and will alert tons of mobs. Gunslinger's Charm is also quite great, which would take your amulet slot. For rings, you can go with Hunter's Band, Stone of Balance, Braided Thorns, Empowering Loop, Jewel of the Black Sun, Grim Coil, etc., just anything to boost your damage, since obviously it'll be hard to find the best ones so quickly. You absolutely have the right idea with Hot Shot and Hunter's Mark. ![]() ![]() Hunter set is great for any ranged build, but Slayer set can be obtained about 2/3 through your first campaign and is perfect for the Sniper Rifle.
